Shipping policy

D'ami ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.dami.club) (the "Site"). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms. These are provided to ensure that both parties understand and agree to this arrangement to protect each other and set expectations for our services.


1. General

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock quantities on our website, but sometimes stock discrepancies may occur and we will not be able to complete all items at the time of your purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available product and contact you to ask if you would like to wait for restocking or if you would like us to process a refund.


2. Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Shipping charges will be charged at the time of purchase.

This price will be the final price paid to the customer for shipping.


3. Return

3.1 Change of mind returns

D'ami will gladly accept change of mind returns as long as we receive a return request within 7 days of receiving the item and return it to us in its original packaging, unused and ready for resale.

Return shipping will be borne by the customer and need to arrange shipping by themselves.

 

Once the return has been received and accepted, a refund will be processed to store credit for future purchases. Once completed, we will notify you by email.

 

(D'ami) will refund the value of the returned goods, but not the value of any freight paid.


3.2 Warranty Returns

D'ami will gladly honor any valid warranty claim as long as the claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the item.

Customers will be required to prepay return shipping, but we will reimburse you after a successful warranty claim.

After receiving your warranty claim item, you can expect D'ami to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the following options:

(a) Refund to your payment method

(b) Store credit refunds

(c) Replacement items sent to you (if in stock)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic transit time

General domestic express transit 2-7 days


4.2 International Transit Time

Generally, orders shipped internationally take 7 to 39 days. It depends on the courier company you choose. We are able to provide a more specific estimate when you select express at checkout.


4.4 Change of delivery address

Orders placed before 3pm - GMT (UTC+08) will ship the same day, otherwise the next business day.

Our warehouse is open during standard business hours Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

For requests to change the shipping address, we may change the address at any time before the order is shipped.


4.5 PO Box Shipping

D'ami will only ship to PO Box addresses using the postal service. We are unable to provide courier service to these locations.


4.6 Military address transfer

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to provide this service using a courier service.


4.7 Out of stock

If an item is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock item immediately and once the remaining items are back in stock.


4.8 Exceeding the delivery time

If the delivery time is longer than estimated, please contact us so we can investigate.


5. Track Notifications

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link through which they can track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.


6. Packages damaged in transit

If you find the package damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the package from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the package arrives without you, please contact customer service for next steps.


7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales tax

Sales tax has been applied to item prices displayed on the website


7.2 Import duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be prepaid and customers will not have to pay any additional fees when they arrive in the destination country


8. Cancel

If you change your mind before receiving the order, we can accept cancellation at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already shipped, please see our refund policy.


9. Insurance

The loss and damage insurance for the package does not exceed the value stated by the courier.


9.1 Handling of damaged packages in transit

Once the courier has completed investigating the claim, we will process the refund or replacement.


9.2 Handling of packages lost in transit

Once the courier investigates and believes the package is lost, we will process a refund or replacement immediately.
