Returns

This policy is valid for 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase, we are sorry that we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging.

There are several types of merchandise that cannot be returned. Perishable/time-sensitive items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or hygiene products, hazardous substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
*Gift cards
*Downloadable software products
*In order to complete the return process for some health and personal care items

, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.

Only partial refunds are available in some cases: (where applicable)
*Books with visible signs of use
* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records.
* Any item in non-original condition, including damage or missing parts not caused by our company's error.
*Refunds for any merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned merchandise. You will also be notified whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, we'll process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refund (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.
Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take a period of time to be credited.

Specials (if applicable)
Sorry, only original price items can be refunded, specials are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
will only be replaced if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to replace the same item, please send an email to shieluo38@gmail.com and send your item to "Taiwan".

Gifts
If an item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the returned item. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift card.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver requested that the contents of the order be shipped to me so that it can be brought to you in person later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will know that you have made a return.
Shipping
To return a product, you should ship the product to "Taiwan".

When returning merchandise, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.

If you ship more than $75 worth of items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
